- Island Donuts is a great breakfast spot serving delicious, unique donuts and breakfast sandwiches. This was our last stop as we left St. Augustine. After tasting the donuts, we instantly regretted not visiting Island Donuts before leaving. Be sure to get the pineapple fritter topped with coconut (large enough to share). There were so many donuts and breakfast sandwich choices. The Boston Cream is probably the best Boston Cream donut I’ve had the honor to eat. It may sound silly, but these donuts made me so happy! The staff was very friendly. The interior was very attractive and inviting. I’m not a coffee expert but it seemed great to me. The coffee was flavorful and was served piping hot. Also, the staff was taking a lot of phone-in orders while we were there which told me it must be a local favorite.
- I consider myself a donut connoisseur. Island donuts has a variety of fantastic donuts freshly made on-site. The bakery is Immaculately clean and inviting. It’s clear the proprietors strive for (and achieve) quality, enjoyed the iced coffee as well. Even the t-shirts are top quality (get one) Highly recommend.
- This place is AMAZING! Very nice and clean inside. So many donuts to choose from. They all looked delicious, but I chose the apple fritter with coconut toppings. The wife chose Boston creme and the kids chose chocolate strawberry glazed. I also had a coffee, bacon egg, and cheese on a croissant which was so freaking delicious! My wife had an egg and cheese on a bagel. Everything was very soft and fresh!
- The location is perfect close to the road but super close to the Pier/Beach! The price is exactly what I expected which is good! Super clean, great choice, and unique choice of donuts to top! And their cinnamon rolls are HUGE!
- This place had so many fun flavors and the donuts we got were amazing! The staff was super friendly, and the overall place is super cute and has a great atmosphere! I recommend everyone stop here for donuts. We visited on a Monday morning around 10 and they still had a ton of donuts left! Their breakfast sandwiches are amazing as well
- OMG! WOW! What can I say about this place. Here you’ll find the best donuts on the planet. Okay, maybe that’s a little too much, but the donuts here will not disappoint. I highly recommend you stop by here and grab a donut or two… the glazed donuts are the best IMHO.
