Spring is one of the most exciting times to be in Orlando, and 2026 is shaping up to be a season packed with unforgettable experiences. Whether you’re a foodie, a theme park fan, a pop culture enthusiast, or someone who just wants to give back to the community, there’s something on this list for you. Here’s a roundup of five events and experiences worth putting on your calendar right now.

Shaken & Stirred Cocktail Classes at The Edison

If you’ve ever wanted to learn the art of mixology in one of Orlando’s most stylish settings, this is your chance. The Edison at Disney Springs is bringing back its Shaken & Stirred Cocktail Series for 2026, with seven Saturday sessions running through June. Each class is led by a private bartender, includes cocktail tastings and a light lunch, and covers a different theme — from martini masterclasses to tiki takeovers and infused spirits. At $120 per person, it’s a polished, hands-on experience that’s as educational as it is delicious. Spots are limited, so booking early is a must.

Universal Fan Fest Nights 2026

Running April 23 through May 16 at Universal Studios Hollywood, Fan Fest Nights is the after-hours event that every pop culture fan has been waiting for. This separately ticketed celebration transforms the park into an immersive playground for fans of anime, gaming, sci-fi, and fantasy, complete with exclusive character encounters, live performances, collectible merchandise drops, and themed food and drinks. If you’re passionate about any fandom — or all of them — this is a rare chance to experience Universal in a whole new way.

EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival 2026

Running March 4 through June 1, EPCOT’s beloved annual festival transforms the park into a stunning showcase of topiaries, themed gardens, outdoor kitchens, and live music. This year features over 60 character-inspired topiaries, new gardens including Pluto’s Pet-Friendly Garden and Spike’s Garden at CommuniCore Hall, and a packed Garden Rocks Concert Series lineup with artists ranging from Air Supply and Rick Springfield to 98 Degrees and Maverick City Music. Best of all, festival access is included with regular EPCOT admission, making it one of the best values in Orlando all spring long.

Cheers to Change 2026: Friday Night Fever

Not every great Orlando event is about theme parks. On April 10, the Victim Service Center of Central Florida hosts its signature fundraiser at the Orlando Science Center — a 1970s-themed disco night featuring gourmet food from Dubsdread Catering, signature cocktails, live DJ entertainment, and the opportunity to support survivors of trauma and abuse in our community. Tickets range from $150 to $5,000, with sponsorship packages available. It’s a night where having a great time and doing genuine good go hand in hand.

March at Kings Orlando

Kings Orlando is making March one of the most entertaining months on International Drive. Families can enjoy early opening hours during spring break week (March 16–22), college basketball fans will find the ultimate game-day setup with wall-to-wall TVs and craft cocktails, and St. Patrick’s Day weekend (March 14–17) brings themed drink specials and the Shamrock Strike Challenge — where rolling a strike on the “Lucky Lane” earns you a free hour of bowling. Whether you’re visiting with kids or planning a night out with friends, Kings has a reason to show up all month long.
